1. Crack cleaning: If the crack is blocked by mud and dust, it can be sucked out with a small industrial vacuum cleaner. Use a damp cloth to wipe off the dust on the concrete surface about 5cm on both sides of the crack, but be careful not to let water enter the crack.
2. Paste the grouting nozzle and seal the cracks: use sealing glue to paint back and forth along the cracks to close the cracks, and then use the sealing glue to stick the grouting nozzle on the reserved small seams, and the entire base must be covered with sealing glue Strictly, after curing, there may be cracks in the periphery, which must be repeatedly filled with sealing glue to avoid leakage during grouting.
3. Preparation of grouting liquid: The grouting operation is usually carried out on the second day after sticking the nozzle. The glue is filled with two components A and B. Take a clean container (plastic or metal basin) and a weighing scale to mix according to the ratio and mix until it is evenly mixed. , The glue should be prepared and used now to prevent gelation.
4. Grouting: suck the grouting liquid with a joint repairer, insert the grouting nozzle, and push the jointer piston by hand to press the slurry into the crack through the grouting nozzle. When the slurry flows out from the adjacent nozzle, it can be pulled out. Take out the patching device, plug the plastic plug, and move the patching device to the adjacent grouting nozzle to repeat the grouting. Vertical joints are generally grouted from bottom to top, and horizontal joints are grouted one by one from one end to the other. If the cracks are small, the elastic device on the patching device can be used to automatically pressurize the grouting liquid. At this time, one person can look after several patching devices at the same time.
5. Inspection: Before carbon fiber reinforcement, the strength development of the joint glue should be checked. It has a great relationship with the ambient temperature. Generally (20~25℃), it will start to solidify after 1 day, and reach the required strength after 10 days. To check the quality of the injecting seam, you can use a small hollow drill to drill the core sample across the seam for inspection.
