In the reinforcement of outdoor projects, bridge reinforcement will be special. Most of the bridges are windy and sun-dried, and the outdoor environment is relatively harsh, and the construction is difficult. Outdoor room temperature, etc., have a certain impact on the reinforcement of carbon fiber cloth, so the bonding material is used for bonding. The ratio must be strictly controlled to distinguish it from the previous indoor reinforcement. So, how to use carbon fiber cloth in bridge reinforcement?

First of all, as mentioned earlier, the proportion of carbon fiber glue materials must be strict, and the materials must be prepared strictly according to the use proportion during the batching. Ensure that the viscosity is maximized. Epoxy resin is relatively slow to cure under low temperature conditions. Generally, the construction should be carried out at a temperature of 15°C-28°C.

Secondly, maintain the pressure required for forming. During construction, most of the works are carried out on the bottom surface of the bridge, and pasting is carried out from bottom to top. If the pressure applied during molding is insufficient, it will cause insufficient adhesion with the concrete, causing the reinforcement layer material to fall off, which will affect the reinforcement effect.

Finally, the sticking must be controlled. The glue must be applied evenly. In order to avoid the formation of voids or degumming, the generated bubbles must be squeezed out and flattened. Otherwise, the reinforcement effect of the concrete structure will be affected. During the use of the concrete structure, stress concentration occurs in these parts, causing the destruction of the concrete structure.
