Made from standard modulus fibers, this unidirectional fabric is suitable for a variety of projects -- while still having a tensile strength of over 700 KSI -- six times stronger than steel! It's our lightest variety of unidirectional carbon fiber fabric - perfect for precision lay-ups. It's non-woven so the fibers don't crimp and uses less than 3% polyester binder on one side to achieve the highest possible carbon fiber density.

4.0 oz/sq yd is often chosen as a reinforcement for precision parts such as drones, model airplanes, model boats or other recreational parts.
